Case Coordination

Dedicated case coordination is at the heart of what we do at the Child Advocacy Center. We prioritize case coordination because families receive better services and cases are handled better when the involved agencies work as a team. The CAC Coordinator is the point person for all families we serve.

Provide a comfortable, safe place for a child to talk about the abuse.
Limit the number of times and the number of people your child will have to talk to about the abuse.
Provide support and information to families.
Help communicate with all the professionals involved in the case.
Help prepare caregivers and children for court, should that be necessary.
Make appropriate referrals for services.
